What is the best (pc) screen brightness and contrast for the eyes? (Dell)
i know it depends , but i mean for eyes health

    Every monitor is different, as is every individual user. Room lighting is also a factor. So experiment with what looks best to you: in general, you should set the brightness to the highest setting in which true black looks as dark as the screen will go, but so that very dark gray doesn’t appear black as well. Dell monitors tend to run at higher contrast values than other brand monitors, i.e. a contrast of 75 on a Dell monitor might be equivalent to a contrast of 50 on a HP monitor.
