I’m researching computers for my grandmother, all she wants to be able to do is check email and maybe a bit of light web browsing, potentially also send and receive photos as well. She is in her eighties and has okay eyesight, but probably wouldn’t do well with really small keys on the keyboard. Any suggestions?

Since your G M needs the computer 4 E mail & little time online,
You need to buy basic machine may be you should buy $400.00 Laptop computer which is small,light weight & powerful enough
to download pictures & save them when she needs them.

Looks like she need somthin really basic, i think any p4 would do. you can check out this website they most have p4 laptops and pcs, very reasonable and very reliable, i ordered one for my 10 year old son recently and it works great for him. i sure you can find something for under 200 for a complete set with lcd.
