It’s a male large and I need it to be a medium females. Can I cut it and do something to it in a cute way without sewing it or tying up the sides of it like everyone else?
I haven’t tried shrinking it yet b/c i didn’t know if it’d make it harder to make it smaller if I did have to cut it.
Make a big shirt smaller without sewing it or tying up the sides?

try shrinking it in the dryer. it works for me every time. good luck
put it in the dryer and wash it in the hottest water to make it shrink
